Everyone, even if we don’t want to admit it, finds it hard to eat fruit. Also vegetables. But why? No hay una explicaci√≥n fehaciente que nos resuelva este misterio. There are, however, a thousand alternatives to drink, especially fruits, in a more enjoyable way. Who’s in the mood for a green smoothie? The recipe is described below.

To make this “drink”, from Barcolobo we propose three very different fruits and vegetables, but that combine very well with each other: grapes -of course-, banana and spinach.

Fruit Smoothie

To prepare this antioxidant recipe as rich as it is energetic, you only need to follow a couple of steps. Ah! And very important: to have a mixer.

Then, we select, wash, peel and chop a couple of fruits and vegetables. It is recommended that there be at least 2 different products. As for the nature of the ingredient, we add as a note the possibility of choosing frozen pieces, since one of the characteristics of this drink is that it is served cold.

Then add 1 or 2 glasses of a liquid that adds flavor: there are those who opt for milk (cow’s milk, semi-skimmed milk, soy milk, oat milk, etc.) or those who risk a little more with other fruit juices, coffee or teas.

 

Add everything to the blender and it’s ready. Chill and serve with a couple of ice cubes. If you have a food processor, you can add the ice cubes directly to the mixture because these blades can chop them perfectly.
